For our client, a beautiful 5* hotel in city center of Prague, we are looking for a Executive Chef.
• recruiting, training and leading the employees of the kitchen,
• motivation of the employees,
• preparing schedules of shifts for the staff,
• creation of the permanent and seasonal menu,
• responsibility for the smooth running of the kitchen,
• controlling quality of the prepared dishes,
• negotiating with suppliers,
• compliance with safety and hygienic standards,
• reporting results to management.
• experience from the similar position (Executive Chef/Head Chef/Sous Chef) whithin an international hotel - min.5 years,
• higher education focused on gastronomy and experience from 5* hotel is an advantage,
• able to communicate in Czech and English language,
• experience with team leading is a must,
• interest in gastronomy and new trends in it,
• experience with creating of the menu,
• to be able work in a team,
• natural respect and authority.
