For an established local chain of residences providing comfortable accommodation in 370 apartments (a popular contactless concept) in 19 locations in the city centre of Prague, we are seeking to hire an experienced Customer Care Manager. The company is growing, this role should help them to develop Customer Care team and processes to become the best at what they do. The department handles reservations, customer enquiries, communication of customer issues internally, works with our business partners and is responsible for proactively finding ways to improve our customer service levels. Main responsibilities:
• managing and ensuring the smooth operation of the Customer Care department (team of 6),
• controlling of all the processes, supporting successful improvements in close cooperation within the entire team,
• communicating with clients on daily basis, dealing with their needs, ensuring compliance with company standards,
• collecting of guest reviews, analysing of achieved results, reporting to the Director of Operations.
Requirements:
• proven track record in providing high level of customer service – Hospitality
(Reservations / Front Office),
• fluent Czech and English, ability to lead a team, at least secondary education,
• experience from cluster will be an advantage as well as knowledge of MEWS,
• very good organizational and problem solving skills, attention to detail, stress resistance,
• positive personality with hands on approach and out of the box thinking.
