Our client—an international hospitality group with a strong footprint across Europe—is expanding its commercial team in Austria and is looking for an energetic Sales Account Developer to join their growing Vienna office.

As they continue to grow and refine their presence in key markets, Austria represents a strategic focus—especially with the launch of their brand-new venue in Vienna: a vibrant destination combining an exceptional restaurant, entertainment and karaoke areas, a standout bar, and modern meeting spaces.

This role is ideal for a commercially driven personality who loves building relationships, discovering new business opportunities, and representing inspiring hospitality brands. If you enjoy combining fieldwork with strategic sales planning, and you’re ready for a challenge with room for growth, this position offers an exciting next step.

Based in Vienna, your first mission will be to support and drive the successful market launch of a new multi-concept venue. Beyond this, you will generate new business for a selection of well-established hotels in Vienna and support an upscale property in Bregenz.

The position is target-driven, reporting directly to the Sales Director, and offers the opportunity to shape commercial success across multiple properties.

Job description:

  • defining an actionable Sales Plan aligned with annual revenue targets,
  • managing the company CRM (HubSpot) and tracking all sales activities,
  • providing back-office support to the Commercial Team,
  • actively researching and identifying potential clients through social media, networking, and cold outreach,
  • organizing and attending meetings with new clients, understanding their needs and expectations,
  • coordinating and hosting site inspections for both the new venue and the hotels,
  • preparing regular reports and performance reviews with the Sales Director,
  • representing the company at trade fairs, industry workshops, promotional events, and local hospitality activations.

We require:

  • flexibility to manage varied working hours, including evenings and occasional weekends,
  • strong communication, interpersonal and organizational skills,
  • a proactive, ambitious mindset with a drive to meet targets,
  • willingness to travel as needed,
  • German – native or fluent,
  • English – strong working proficiency (mandatory).
