Restaurant Manager – Fast-Food Chain

Náplň práce:

  • Checking the service and the services provided, the quality of the food,
  • organization of work and employee shifts, motivation of colleagues, team support,
  • training new and existing employees,
  • take care of cleanliness in the restaurant,
  • involvement in daily operations – communication with guests and ensuring the best customer service,
  • administration associated with the operation of the branch,
  • communication with suppliers, maintaining optimal stock levels and sales efficiency.

Požadujeme:

  • Proven experience in fast-food chain, or relevant experience in gastronomy,
  • knowledge of gastronomy processes and ensuring the smooth operation of the establishment,
  • experience with team management, ability to work under pressure,
  • knowledge of ENG at a communication level, active knowledge of MS Office,
  • decisiveness, organizational skills, attention to detail,
  • reliability, reliability, flexibility,
  • representative appearance, natural authority, and drive.
