We are looking for an experienced Head Chef to join a luxury resort & spa hotel in Georgia with approximately 200 rooms. This is a unique opportunity for a culinary professional who is ready to bring creativity, leadership, and high standards to an international hospitality environment.

Job description:

lead, inspire and motivate the kitchen team,
create and implement seasonal menus with focus on quality and creativity,
ensure the highest standards of food preparation and presentation,
monitor kitchen operations including inventory and cost control,
maintain hygiene and safety standards in line with international requirements,
collaborate closely with management on F&B concepts,
train and mentor junior staff for continuous improvement,
represent the hotel’s culinary vision towards guests and partners.

We require:

minimum 5 years of proven experience as Head Chef or Executive Chef,
strong leadership and organizational skills,
excellent knowledge of international cuisine and current culinary trends,
ability to manage a multicultural team,
strong focus on quality, creativity and guest satisfaction,
ability to work under pressure and manage costs effectively,
good communication skills in English (other languages an advantage),
passion for hospitality and innovative gastronomy.

salary 5,000 – 6,000 EUR,
