Our client, an internationally recognized luxury hospitality company, is seeking an exceptional General Manager to lead a newly opened five-star resort in one of the Czech Republic’s most renowned spa destinations.

This is a unique opportunity to take the helm of a stunning 125-room luxury resort, featuring premium wellness facilities, multiple dining concepts, a rooftop bar and state-of-the-art event spaces. As General Manager, you will shape the hotel’s market position, drive commercial performance and create memorable guest experiences while leading a high-performing team.

Mariánské Lázně is a renowned Czech spa town, famous for its mineral springs, beautiful parks and elegant architecture. It offers a peaceful atmosphere and attracts visitors from around the world.

Job description:

Provide strategic and operational leadership for a luxury five-star resort.
Drive commercial performance, revenue growth and market positioning.
Deliver outstanding guest satisfaction and service excellence.
Lead, motivate and develop a strong management team and hotel colleagues.
Manage owner relationships and ensure successful collaboration within an international hotel management structure.
Achieve financial objectives while maintaining the highest operational standards.

We require:

Minimum 5 years of experience as a Hotel General Manager.
Proven background in premium or luxury hospitality.
Resort experience is a strong advantage.
Strong commercial mindset with excellent sales and revenue awareness.
Solid operational expertise across all hotel departments.
Outstanding leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills.
Fluency in English is essential.
Czech and/or German language skills are a must.
