Are you a seasoned DMC professional ready to take the next step in your leadership career? We’re looking for a hands-on, commercially driven and people-focused General Manager to spearhead our Budapest office. This is a newly created role in a well-established and reputable company, part of a strong international group with long-standing partnerships across Europe.
As the General Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind the performance and development of a motivated team of 5 colleagues, and you’ll work closely with clients to ensure top-notch service delivery while actively growing our revenue. You will be reporting directly to the group CEO and collaborating with peers across multiple countries.
This is an on-site role based in Budapest with regular travel for client meetings and group coordination. You’ll step into a role where your leadership will be visible and impactful from day one.
