This 5* luxury hotel is situated in breathtaking nature which is suitable for vacation in every part of the year. Hotel offers accomodation in 85 rooms in alpine style and hotel guests can spend a time in wellness centre or other many activites in proximity of the hotel. English and German language is a MUST, experience abroad is a big advantage and orientation in hotel environment is very important on this position.
Job description:
• responsibility for fluent going of the hotel,
• controlling individually departments of the hotel,
• managing and motivating of the staff,
• regular reporting to owners,
• development of the working environment and corporate culture,
• negotiate important contracts,
• evalution of the hotel economy,
• PR and marketing activities.
We require:
• proffesional experience on this position min. 5 years (preferably from the hotel management or tourism)
• high school degree (tourism/hospitality field is an advantage),
• excellent knowledge of English & German is a NEED,
• strong negotiating and communication skills,
• orientation in economy and finances,
• ability to lead and motivate a staff,
• be flexible and team player,
• independence, loyalty.
