We are currently searching for a Front Office Manager for an established hotel property located in the scenic Vorarlberg region of Austria.

This opportunity is ideal for a hospitality professional who enjoys combining operational responsibility with a hands-on leadership style and genuine guest interaction.

The hotel operates with a close-knit management structure and values a positive working atmosphere, flexibility and strong guest orientation. We are looking for someone who can confidently lead the Front Office department while actively supporting daily operations and contributing to the overall guest experience.

Job description:

Full responsibility for the Front Office operations and guest experience.
Managing a small team of front office and back office employees.
Active participation in daily shift duties with a hands-on mentality.
Roster planning, administration and coordination of all standard FO processes.
Maintaining high service standards and ensuring guest satisfaction at all times.
Cooperation with other departments as part of a small management team.
Contributing to a positive and motivated team environment.

We require:

Minimum 3 years previous experience in Front Office leadership within hospitality.
Guest-first attitude with a positive and proactive mindset.
Hands-on operational approach and strong organizational skills.
Fluency in German and English is required.
Experience with PMS Opera Cloud is an advantage.
Ability to lead, motivate and support a small team.
Flexibility, reliability and professional communication skills.

Base salary starting from EUR 2,800 gross/month.
