We are offering an exciting career opportunity for an experienced Front Office Manager to join a modern lifestyle hotel in Linz, Austria.

The hotel combines contemporary design with a dynamic business and leisure concept and is looking for a motivated hospitality professional who will take responsibility for leading the Front Office team and ensuring excellent guest service standards.

This position is ideal for candidates with strong hotel operations experience, leadership skills and fluent German and English language abilities who are looking to continue their international hospitality career in Austria.

Job description:

  • Managing and coordinating the Front Office team.
  • Ensuring smooth day-to-day reception operations.
  • Overseeing check-in / check-out procedures.
  • Delivering excellent guest experience and handling guest requests.
  • Cooperating closely with other hotel departments.
  • Working with reservation systems and daily reporting.
  • Maintaining and improving service standards.

We require:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience as Front Office Manager or Assistant FOM.
  • Fluent German and English are mandatory.
  • International hotel experience is an advantage.
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills.
  • Professional attitude and problem-solving mindset.
  • Guest-oriented personality with attention to detail.
