  • Lead, motivate, and manage the finance department and its team members.

  • Cooperate effectively with both the hotel management team and the group management team.

  • Build strong working relationships with department heads and provide financial guidance and support in relation to business plans and operational decisions.

  • Maintain and update all legal documentation related to the financial status of the hotel.

  • Develop and maintain relationships with relevant banks and insurance companies.

  • Facilitate external audits, participate in group audits, and support the preparation of consolidated reporting.

  • Liaise with local tax authorities, both independently and in cooperation with the General Manager and the group finance team.

We require:

  • A proven track record of team leadership and people management.

  • Knowledge of ORACLE systems, including FIDELIO / OPERA PMS, MICROS POS, and MC, is an advantage.

  • Excellent financial and business analytical skills, together with strong communication and decision-making abilities.
