A fast-growing international company with a portfolio of various properties seeks to hire an experienced F&B Manager for one of their popular 4* hotel located in a world-famous spa destination in Slovakia. We are looking for a true professional who will be fully responsible for developing the reputation of the hotel by providing excellent service & developing a professional team. The hotel offers a huge capacity (200+ rooms), multiple F&B outlets, great spa facilities, and 5+ meeting rooms for special events and conferences.

Náplň práce:

  • you are a true leader, ensuring the operation of the whole F&B dpt. (restaurant, bars, café, events) at the international level of 4* standards,
  • in cooperation with the Head Chef, you participate in the creation of new food and beverage menus according to trends,
  • the pro-client approach is a standard for you, communication with guests and solving their requirements on a daily basis,
  •  you create a professional and friendly working environment – you are ready to develop your team in all aspects and lead by example,
  • you have previous experience as an F&B Manager or in a senior managerial position in the field of gastronomy (4* property background)

Požadujeme:

  • perfect Slovak or Czech and very good English,
  • previous experience as F&B manager / Supervisor / Restaurant manager or similar managerial role in the field of gastronomy,
  • economy overview and deep knowledge of quality standards.
