We just opened a new interesting position of the Ecommerce Manager (ECM) and we are looking for a suitable candidate with the right passion for hospitality and on-line world. Our client is well known brand with a strong company history. As a ECM you will have a great opportunity to become a part of the new ambitious project. General duties will include website design, content actualisation, market research, web promotion, advertising, budgeting, and social media activities. ECM will report directly to Head of Hospitality.
Main duties:
- handle decision making process for the web development and its actualisation,
- develop on-line marketing (plans, strategies, campaigns), activities related to all on-line tools,
- create web content and keeping the web presentation up to date,
- maximize search engine traffic and the effect of the booking engine transactions,
- handle social media accounts – actualisation and promotion,
- create e-mail marketing campaigns to support sales and revenue performance,
- manage sales via OTA’s platforms, enlarge the potential consistently,
- monitor guest reviews and responding to customers’ needs with operation team,
- set budget for e-marketing with approval to maximize its resources,
- weekly and monthly reports of web and social media presentation analytics.
Main KPIs:
- SEO marketing strategy campaigns results on the base of ROI,
- ranking of website on search engines due e-commerce strategy,
- value of the sales performed via booking engine and OTAs.
We require:
• previous experience in a similar role related to e-commerce activities min 3 years,
• an adequate background and results within the hospitality segment is the must,
• proficient user of all on-line tools, strategic and open minded person,
• fluent in English and Czech – spoken and written,
• knowledge of e-commerce management principals, SEO etc.,
• EU citizen only.
