This role is made for experienced technical professional – someone who is ready to become a valuable part of the management supporting people working with a commitment and passion in a fast paced international environment. The position will be oriented on overseeing all operations of technical and maintenance area.
Duties and responsibilities:
• leading role of engineering & maintenance dpt. in order to achieve smooth and sustainable operation of all hotel installation,
• draw up and follow up of preventive and predictive maintenance plan, application of Health and Safety measures,
• budgeting – including regular evaluation and reconciliation in cooperation with the management team,
• coordinate and control the maintenance team (5) on daily basis according to company standards and processes,
• service contracts administration including regular service works provided by sub-contractors,
• regular audits of all installation and technologies including written reporting to GM and HQ abroad,
• prioritize urgent matters and issues in order to anticipate any serious technical issues, damages, financial loss or injuries.
• Security control (outsourced) – camera recording, communication with PČR, technical equipment training, fire patrol training, Health & Safety supervision etc.
Requirements:
• min 3 years’ professional experience in a similar senior level role (hotel industry preferable but not conditional),
• leadership and managerial skills, familiar with international environment,
• knowledge and experience with installations (technical education),
• communication in Czech and English language (written and spoken).
