We are looking for experienced professional for the position of Business Development Manager who will be responsible for driving business growth within the established international company operated in the Spa industry. This role is waiting for self-motivated, open minded person with great general overview on European Hospitality market who will play an important role in the process of changes within the whole industry. Proven track record in BD / Sales & Revenue management and knowledge of international environment is preferred.
Frame of work
• Research of new market opportunities, maintain relationships and loyalty with the clients.
• Establish a strong position of the company within the market, achieving top line goals and increasing market share.
• Set up and use prospecting strategies to meet business / revenue goals, understand new trends and client´s needs.
• Proactively promote all services related to company´s portfolio, participating in global travel trade shows.
• Effectively use all systems, BI tools to their maximum capacity including reporting and forecasting.
• Lead by example, work closely with the Sales team, report to GM and HQ abroad – participate in management meetings.
Other requirements
• Excellent organizational and communication skills, strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
• Proven sales management experience within an international brand is preferred.
• Knowledge and orientation within the Hospitality / Spa market and trends.
• Czech + ENG proficiency, Bachelor´s degree, driving licence and willingness to travel.
