We are looking for an experienced Brand & Marketing Manager to join the team of the Prague headquarters of a charming 5* resort located on Zanzibar – a popular destination with a unique island atmosphere. The resort is not only a luxury place providing the highest level of services for unforgettable vacation of all the guest, it is also a socially responsible project supporting the local community.
Job description:
• creativity & ability to generate applicable ideas to achieve sales/marketing goals – develop awareness and positive reputation of the brand,
• promote resort with all related services such as events, culinary etc., close cooperation with international sales representatives – Key point for the sales business partners,
• prepares the marketing, advertising, sales programs and annual budget – constantly monitors the travel industry trends and economic factors,
• ensure the company is communicating the right messaging to attract prospective customers and retain existing ones – development of direct customers communication
(website, social media, operational marketing coordination in cooperation with Operations management),
• cooperation with Revenue manager – rate developments, sales strategies to increase direct bookings, demand analysis and market mix management,
• overlook the social media set up in cooperation with the SoMe coordinator, monitor SEO and web upgrade in cooperation with an outsourced company.
Qualifications:
• advanced knowledge of the principles and practices within the marketing & brand management, business orientation,
• proven experience on similar role within the Hospitality industry / luxury environment will be an advantage,
• general overview on the market, understanding of traffic-to revenue generation and ROI strategies,
• excellent decision making skills, dynamic leadership style, positive personality,
• perfect English + Czech (written and spoken), open to modern trends in communication.
