Working closely with the Executive Chef, you will play a key role in shaping the culinary offering, leading kitchen operations and maintaining the highest standards of quality and service.
As Sous Chef, you will be responsible for supporting the overall management of kitchen operations while ensuring excellence in food preparation, presentation and team performance. You will take an active role in menu development, staff training and operational leadership, while also stepping in to lead the kitchen in the absence of the Executive Chef. This is a hands-on leadership position requiring strong organizational skills, creativity and the ability to perform under pressure.
