To support our continued growth and uphold our service standards, we are now seeking an experienced and hands-on Operations Manager who can lead our team with confidence, energy, and a deep understanding of island life.

Job description:

oversee daily hotel operations to ensure smooth, efficient, and guest-focused service across all departments,
lead and support operational teams with a hands-on, visible management style,
maintain close collaboration with F&B, Front Office, Housekeeping, Marine, and Facilities,
ensure operational excellence, service consistency, and adherence to brand standards,
assist with budgeting, cost control, scheduling, and inventory management,
foster a positive team culture aligned with local norms and island hospitality,
act as a key liaison between staff, management, and ownership.

We require:

proven experience in Food & Beverage operations; strong F&B foundation is essential,
comprehensive understanding of hotel operations, ideally within boutique or lifestyle properties,
previous experience working in the Caribbean—cultural awareness and familiarity with island operational challenges,
strong leadership and people-management skills,
ability to thrive in a remote island environment and adapt to local conditions,
exceptional communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities,
passion for hospitality and delivering memorable guest experiences.
