We are recruiting a Food & Beverage Manager for an exclusive boutique island resort located in the British Virgin Islands — a destination renowned for its crystal-clear waters, sailing lifestyle, and relaxed Caribbean elegance. This is a rare opportunity to join a world-class property that combines barefoot luxury with refined service and a strong culinary identity.

The resort features several dining outlets and a signature waterfront restaurant with a capacity of approximately 300 seats, serving a mix of elevated island cuisine, fine wines, and vibrant bar experiences that attract both in-house guests and yachting visitors from across the region.

We are seeking a hands-on, guest-focused F&B leader who already has experience managing operations in the Caribbean or similar island destinations, understands the rhythm of resort life, and thrives on building motivated teams that deliver excellence every day.

Job description:

  • full operational responsibility for all F&B outlets, including a 300-seat main restaurant, bars, events, and private dining,
  • ensure exceptional guest experiences through consistent, high-quality service and attention to detail,
  • lead, train, and motivate a diverse, multicultural team, fostering professionalism, respect, and enthusiasm,
  • work closely with the Executive Chef to develop menus, coordinate service, and execute special events,
  • oversee cost control, budgeting, and purchasing, ensuring profitability without compromising standards,
  • maintain strong relationships with suppliers and ensure smooth logistics in a remote island setting,
  • uphold strict health, hygiene, and safety standards across all outlets,
  • be a visible leader — present on the floor, engaging with guests, and setting the tone for genuine hospitality.

We require:

  • 3–5 years of senior F&B management experience in luxury resorts, high-end restaurants, or boutique hotels,
  • proven experience in Caribbean or similar island operations is essential,
  • background from the United States or Europe is highly valued — bringing strong international standards and perspective,
  • charismatic, approachable, and service-driven leader with a hands-on approach,
  • strong organizational and communication skills, with an eye for both guest experience and operational efficiency,
  • financially savvy, results-oriented, and adaptable to the unique challenges of island logistics,
  • fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage.
