A well-established 4-star spa hotel located in a prime spa destination in Western Bohemia is seeking an experienced General Manager to lead its operations.

The property combines wellness, medical spa, and leisure hospitality, catering to an international clientele seeking premium service and comfort. We are looking for a strong, hands-on leader who will drive operational excellence, motivate the team, and ensure the hotel continues to deliver outstanding guest experiences while maintaining financial performance.

Job description:

oversee all hotel operations including rooms, F&B, wellness, and administration,
lead and develop the management team to ensure smooth daily operations and continuous improvement,
maintain high standards of service and guest satisfaction across all departments,
manage budgets, financial targets, and cost control,
represent the property professionally in front of guests, partners, and local authorities,
work closely with ownership to execute the strategic vision and identify growth opportunities.

We require:

minimum 5 years of experience as a General Manager (or in a senior leadership role) within the hotel industry,
proven track record in managing full-service hotel operations and driving both guest satisfaction and profitability,
strong operational background, with attention to detail and hands-on leadership style,
fluency in English; Czech language is an advantage but not required,
must be established in the Czech Republic and have a strong understanding of the local hospitality environment,
experience in spa, wellness, or medical hospitality is a plus.
