Regional Revenue Manager – international hotel chain, Vienna, Austria

Are you ready to take your revenue management career to the next level? We're looking for a commercially sharp and strategically minded Regional Revenue Manager to oversee the hotel portfolio in Austria and Germany.

Based in Vienna, this role offers the opportunity to drive performance across up to seven properties with close to 1,000 keys, in some of the most competitive and exciting urban and leisure destinations in the region.

As part of the dynamic and expanding hospitality group, you’ll play a pivotal role in optimizing revenue, supporting property-level teams, and aligning local strategy with broader business goals. This is a high-impact role for someone who combines data-driven decision-making with strong collaboration and leadership skills.

Job description:

  • develop and implement effective short- and long-term revenue management strategies across all assigned properties, tailored to local market conditions and segment dynamics,
  • lead regular forecasting, budgeting, and reporting cycles in cooperation with property GMs and Finance,
  • optimize pricing across all distribution channels, including direct, OTA, GDS, and corporate, ensuring competitiveness and rate integrity,
  • monitor KPIs (RevPAR, ADR, occupancy, pickup trends) and provide proactive insights and action plans to improve commercial performance,
  • act as a trusted advisor to hotel teams, providing training, guidance, and support to ensure revenue best practices are implemented consistently,
  • work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Operations to align commercial efforts and maximize total revenue opportunities,
  • oversee the configuration and effectiveness of revenue tools (e.g., RMS, CRS, Channel Managers) and ensure accurate data and system usage.

We require:

  • at least 3–5 years of experience in revenue management, ideally across multiple hotels or markets,
  • strong command of revenue systems and analytics (PMS, RMS, BI tools),
  • knowledge of Austrian and/or German hospitality market is a strong advantage 
  • confident communicator with the ability to lead discussions and influence decisions at senior and property levels,
  • fluent in English; proficiency in German is a strong plus,
  • structured, hands-on, and proactive working style.
