Regional Sales Manager – Hotel Chain, Vienna, Austria

For a renowned hotel chain that owns and operates over 100 hotels and 80 restaurants across 8 European countries, we are looking for a dynamic and ambitious professional for the position of Regional Sales Manager. This key role will be responsible for driving business development and implementing sales strategies for 6 hotels in Austria and Germany.

Job description:

  • Identifying and developing new business opportunities in key markets,
  • developing and implementing sales strategies for the hotels in the region (accommodation, catering, conferences, sports, and family events),
  • designing tailored business offers for potential clients,
  • strengthening relationships with key customers through business activities, hotel inspections, and participation in trade fairs and other events,
  • collaborating with internal sales and marketing teams to support business growth,
  • analyzing the market and monitoring competitive activity,
  • preparing and managing the sales budget,
  • reporting results to senior management.

We require:

  • University degree in business, sales, or hospitality,
  • at least 5 years of experience in a similar position within the hotel or tourism sector,
  • strong sales skills with a proven track record of business success,
  • experience in B2B sales and the MICE segment,
  • excellent communication and negotiation skills,
  • fluent in English and German,
  • self-reliant, well-organized, and able to manage time effectively,
  • flexibility and willingness to travel within the region.

  • Salary range of €4,000 to €4,200 plus performance-based bonuses,
