Our valuable client opened one the most attractive beach resort settled exactly next to the well known „Pearl of the Adriatic“. Together with all professional staff of 4 different outlets, you will have to be ready to provide the highest level of services during a whole day. This resort is a perfect destination for couples, private events, families as well as groups of friends. Fine dining restaurant, Italian Trattoria, Lounge Club with more then 400 sunbeds and Beach bar offers comfort and refreshment from morning hours till the sunset time. Requierements and experience:
• EU Citizen only – Croatian and English language is the must in perfect written and spoken form,
• adequate previous F&B background on the similar position within the hotel industry at least 5 years,
• experience with multiple outlets/operations managing,
• knowledge of costs definition, planning, budgeting and reporting,
• strong leadership and organisational skills,
• perfect general overview within the field of gastronomy,
• client service orientation and representative behaviour.
