Personnel agency Dream Job (official name Agentura Dream Job, s.r.o.) was established in February 2011. The main focus is on hospitality and gastronomy, in the Czech Republic and abroad. The founder is Ing.Pavla Hodinková (maiden name Berková). Dream Job has successfully filled hundreds of vacancies in mid, higher and the top level management positions in hotels, restaurants, catering companies, and travel agencies. Our satisfied clients are international chains, private corporations and non-profit organizations.
We offer wide and comprehensive services not only in the recruitment of employees and personal counselling but also professional psychotherapeutic services, coaching and help with the sale or rental of your hotel or restaurant. Agency Dream Job is represented by professional consultants from tourism. We work on vacancies we know well, therefore, we have the trust of our clients and candidates. Currently, we are participating on projects in Slovakia, Germany, Austria, Africa.... In the past, we co-operated on projects in Greece, Great Britain, Russia, the United Arab Emirates, Central and Northern Africa.
