For our client, a successful and well-known international hotel chain, we are looking for an experienced candidate for the position of HR Manager. This role is waiting for HR enthusiast who has a hands on approach and who will enjoy work with employees in close relationships, support them in growth and maintain a positive company culture experience.
General duties:
• develop HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy – talent acquisition, staffing, employment processing, compensation, training and development, health and safety etc.,
• support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation of human capital, identification of HR issues – recommendations to strategic thinking and direction to establish HR,
• management of HR operations by recruiting, selecting, training, coaching and disciplining staff; planning, monitoring, appraising and reviewing staff; maintaining compensation; determining productivity, resolving problems…,
• communicating and enforcing organization values, assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs,
• be an important part of the management – providing HR advice and decisions,
• ensure legal compliance throughout HR management.
We require:
• people oriented, open minded and results driven person with can-do attitude,
• bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field,
• minimum 3 years experience on similar senior level HR position,
• passion for Hospitality and previous experience within an international environment is a big plus,
• knowledge of HR systems, databases and related on-line tools is the must,
• excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills,
• competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company,
• in-depth knowledge of the Czech labour law and HR best practices,
• fluency in Czech and perfect English.
