For the position of the Accountant Receivable, we are looking for some experienced candidate, who has a great orientation in the payments of the hotel and who knows hotel environment very well. Besides of wonderfull accommodation in the 50 equipped rooms, there can not miss restaurant with the fusion cuisine.
Job description:
• processing accounting receivables and incoming payments in compliance with financial policies and procedures,
• performing day to day financial transactions, including verifying, classifying, computing, posting and recording accounts receivables’ data,
• preparing bills, invoices and bank deposits,
• reconciling the accounts receivable ledger to ensure that all payments are accounted for and properly posted,
• to verifying discrepancies by and resolve clients’ billing issues,
• facilitating payment of invoices due by sending bill reminders and contacting clients,
• generating financial statements and reports detailing accounts receivable status.
We require:
• at least 2 years experience on the similar position from the hotel industry (accounts receivable clerk, accounts receivable manager or accountant),
• understanding accounting principles,
• attention to detail, analytical thinking,
• negotiation skills and proficiency in English (is a MUST) and in MS Office,
• Czech or Slovakian language is an advantage,
Also we require your flexibility to move in Zanzibar.
