We are looking for an experienced Marketing Manager focused on developing the brand´s offline marketing strategy for a well-known hotel chain operating more than 20 properties and creating new hospitality concepts on the local market.
• Develop, implement and monitor section of offline marketing/brand strategy, promote business and service - Creation & Execution (billboards, radio, events, news papers, printed materials..)
• Ensure the company is communicating the right messaging to attract prospective customers and retain existing ones.
• Measuring and reporting performance of all campaigns (own and outsourced), assess against goals (ROI and KPIs), formulate marketing/brand strategy and goals.
• Planning, designing & monitoring all offline presence and activities.
• Experience in handling Suppliers & advertising agencies, manage outsourced PR campaings
• Creativity & ability to generate applicable ideas to achieve marketing goals.
• Close cooperation with Head of Marketing and Online specialist, responsible for photo/video production..
• Min. 3 years of experience on similar role – manage offline marketing activities, brand strategy implementation etc.
• Perfect communication skills, general overview on the market, understanding of traffic-to revenue generation and ROI strategies
• Bachelor´s degree, Czech native and very good English ( written and spoken )
• Experience within the Hospitality & Tourism will be an advantage
