For an established well known hotel chain, we are seeking to hire an experienced Reservation Manager for managing the team of Cluster Reservation dpt. - the first and really important point of contact for all the guests. Proven background on similar level role is required as well as passion about Hospitality, focus on detail and strong leadership skills.
Frame of responsility:
• managing and ensuring the smooth operation of the reservation department,
• control of all the processes of department, support for successful centralization,
• taking part in the selection process and training of new staff, back-up,
• communicating with clients and dealing with their needs, ensuring compliance with company standards,
• regular analysis of achieved results, reporting, attendance at business meetings,
• close cooperation with other departments within the cluster.
• experience in reservation department at least 3 years is a must,
• fluent Czech and English, another language is nice to have - especially German is welcome,
• experience from cluster is an advantage, ability to lead a team (10+),
• at least secondary education, very good analytical and organizational skills,
• stress resistance, positive personality with hands on approach.
