For a new luxury hotel in the center of Prague, we are looking for a creative culinary professional for the position of Chef de Cuisine - Banquet who has experience in a similar role within an international 5* environment at least 3 years.
• responsibility for leading and coordinating banquet team,
• an active cooperation with the Executive Chef and F&B Manager, creation of special menu,
• preparing fine dining dishes and local specialities for all in house banquets and the other events,
• training of new culinary team members, controlling of the warehouse stocks,
• carrying frequently inventory in cooperation with an Executive Chef,
• communication with colleaques, compliance with hygienic and safety standards.
What do we need from you:
• perfect knowledge of English + Czech will be advantage (EU citizen only),
• previous practise within the Banquets/Events/Catering dpt. in fine dining kitchen for 3+ years,
• open minded personality, passion about modern and luxury gastronomy,
• flexibility, natural authority and hands-on approach.
